20% Night
20% Night is an exciting opportunity for schools, teams, and organizations to raise funds for programs, equipment, or other special projects.
Here's how it works:

We schedule one a week at each store on Tuesday evenings from 5:00-8:00 PM

Your group will put your receipts in a box on the counter labeled for fundraisers, and your 20% will be calculated at the end of the evening.

In order to be successful, your main focus should be on advertising the event within your group.

The more people you get to eat at McDonald's that night, the more money you will earn!

Some suggestions for a successful night:

Make flyers, posters, or notes to be sent home with students to advertise your fundraiser night

Make announcements at school the day of the fundraiser

Put the date and time of the fundraiser on your school/church activity calendar

Although it is not required, you may want to bring some volunteers to greet, clean tables, carry trays, or refill soft drinks. This is especially helpful if the coach, teacher, principal, or pastor is involved! Some groups find it helpful to wear their team tee to help identify themselves and promote their event.

Above all, be enthusiastic and remind your friends and family members to join you at McDonald's!

You can find out the amount your group has earned by calling the store where you had your fundraiser the next day. Good Luck!
