• Pay for Grades (High School)

  Earn up to $210 per school year if the employee meets the requirements.*

  McDonald's will pay $300 per Fall and Spring semester if the employee meets the requirements ($600/annually). We also give $1,200 in Beauty School Assistance.*

  McResource Line is a benefit that is free to all employees, is completely confidential, and is available to the employee and their immediate family.
